SATA GRANULATED FUSED REFINING FLUXES remove non-metallic inclusions
(oxides,carbides and borides) and alkali metals (Sodium,Calcium,and lithium) and hydrogen from
liquid aluminium and its alloys.as well as with furnace and tools cleaning functions.Compared with
powder fluxes, it is with excellent performance on dust free and less emission.
Advantage:
Low melting point for rapid dispersion (<480°C)
Improve physical and mechanical properties of casting
Provides high efficiency with low addition and save cost
Produces dry powder dross, hence reducing metal loss to minimum.
Keep furnace,launders,in-line degassers and casting nozzles free from sludge and dross
bulidup
No fluorides emission; hydrogen-chloride (HCl) and particulate stack emissions are typically
below U.S. Environmental Protection Agency emission standards for hazardous air pollutants.

Shelf life of 12 months if stored in normal temperature and closed shaded dry area in undamaged original packing.
Should be used immediately after openning the bags. Seal the remaining flux.
